Boulevard Brewery

Boulevard Wheat is my absolute favorite beer....and here I am 26 years old and I have never been on the Boulevard Brewery Tour!?! It's been one of those things I always "talk" about doing, but never follow through with...so when my friend Amber said her aunt booked a tour for her and she had some extra spots it didn't take much persuasion for me to say...oh wait for it..."What the heck...why not?"

After a night of fun at the fights Amber and I drug ourselves out of bed to meet everyone EARLY (okay we met at like noon...but let me be dramatic!)

This is the staff bar... they can take a break and enjoy a nice cold beer. Why the heck didn't anyone tell me about this job? I am thinking career change! :)

Boulevard Wheat! YUMMY!!

I don't remember wha this was...remember I told you we were the obnoxious ones? Well we were also the ones that didn't listen very closely!

Beer tasting afterwards was my favorite part! Boulevard has a new beer "Chocolate Ale" that hadn't yet hit stores...and while it sounded rather disgusting I figured "What the heck...why not?" I will try it! I'm glad I tried it when it was a free sample because now I know NEVER buy it...it smells delicious but does not taste delicious!

After a few sample beers at the brewery we decided to continue with our daydrinking and head over to PnL to watch the KU game...what a weekend!!!
